The 2019 Intensive Training Program
May 23rd - July 25th, 2019

We are excited to announce the open application for the 2019 Intensive Training Program (ITP). The program will take place from May 23rd to July 25th (10 weeks), and will be limited to 12 participants*. If you are applying for full-time positions this fall, ITP is an excellent way to prepare and we highly recommend that you apply.


Application Deadline: Sunday, April 28th at 5 pm


  • This is a 10-week program (May 23rd to July 25th)

  • Minimum 2 cases/week (ramping up to 4 cases/week) with dedicated partners (i.e., total of 4-8 cases each week)

  • Weekly group meetings for structured discussions on interview preparations

  • Structured FIT interview practices and other preparations (resume, cover letter, interview attire, etc.)

  • An invitation to “Crack the Case Workshop” on May 3rd with David Ohrvall and OCS.


  • ~12 hours per week: 4x 1h blocks for cases + 2x 1h for case review + 2h per group meeting (and case) + ~2-4h preparation for meetings

  • Minimum availability: 8 out of 10 weeks (excluding summer programs at consulting firms)

  • Applying this upcoming recruiting cycle (summer/fall)

  • Dedicated availability: Thursday 6-8 pm for group meetings; necessary scheduling for completing case requirements outside of group meetings (4 cases)

  • Give your best – we give our best to offer this program, we expect the same in return

  • Participants are required to schedule meetings with partners to complete weekly case requirements outside of group meetings

    • Please state schedule conflicts that will affect your participation of the program in the email


* Although only 12 participants will be selected, we encourage all applicants to come to regular Wednesday case practices that will continue during the summer.
