2024-2026 VP of Content

"My post-YGCC plan is to continue advancing my research on genome regulation during preimplantation and gastrulation in mammals. Alongside my lab work, I am also exploring opportunities at the intersection of biotech and data-driven analysis. I’m interested in roles within the biotech and life sciences space that engage with emerging technologies, as well as equity research positions where I can apply my scientific and analytical training to evaluate pipelines, platforms, and long-term market trajectories."

2025-2026 VP of Programming

After graduating, Rachael will be joining Lumanity as a Senior Associate Consultant. In this role, she will support life science organizations through data-driven strategy, evidence generation, and stakeholder-focused decision-making.

During her time with YGCC, Rachael strengthened her problem-solving, leadership, and client-facing skills while supporting members through their application and interview cycles. She most valued the collaborative nature of the leadership team and plans to bring that same spirit of collaboration to client engagements and project teams.
